IMPORTANT: THIS SOFTWARE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA")
IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL OR AN
ENTITY) AND OY WINPOS AB. READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE
SOFTWARE. IT PROVIDES A LICENSE TO USE THE SOFTWARE AND
CONTAINS WARRANTY INFORMATION AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS. BY
USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF
THE SOFTWARE AND AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS
AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BECOME BOUND BY THESE
TERMS, THEN REMOVE THE SOFTWARE FROM YOUR COMPUTER.

1. The software and data accompanying this EULA and
related documentation (the "Software") are licensed to you
by Oy Winpos Ab ("Winpos") in accordance with the terms of
this EULA. Winpos does not transfer title of the Software to
you; this EULA shall not be considered a "sale" of the
Software. This nonexclusive, nontransferable, without rights
to sublicense EULA gives you the right to use this copy of
the Software. The Software is protected by copyright laws
and international copyright treaties, as well as other
intellectual property laws and treaties.

2. Anyone may use Evaluation Edition of this software
during a test period of 15 days. Following this test period
of 15 days or less, if you wish to continue to use Helptrix,
you must register. Evaluation Edition may include
software functionality intended to disable its operation
after the expiration of the Evaluation Term. You may take
no actions to circumvent the operation of such
disabling functionality.

3. You may copy the Evaluation Edition of this software
and documentation as you wish, and give exact copies of the
original Evaluation Edition to anyone, and distribute the
Evaluation Edition of the software and documentation in its
unmodified form via electronic means. You should not charge
or request donations for any such copies however made, or
from distributing the software and/or documentation with
other products without the author's written permission. No
person or company may distribute separate parts of the
package without written permission of the copyright owner.
The Evaluation Edition may not be distributed inside of any
other software package without written permission of the
copyright owner.

4. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive
license to use Helptrix on one computer for any legal
purpose.
You may:
- use the Software personally on one or more
computers, or installed on a single workstation used
non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both;
- copy the Software for archival purposes, provided
any copy contains all of the original Software's
proprietary notices.
You may not:
- permit other individuals to use the Software except
under the terms listed above;
- rent, sell, lease, sublicense or otherwise transfer
rights to the Software;
- distribute or transfer copies of the Software to any
third party;
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble the Software;
- create derivative works based on the Software;
- copy the Software (except as specified above);
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the
Software.

5. The foregoing license gives you limited license to use
the Software. Winpos and its suppliers retain all right,
title and interest, including all copyright and intellectual
property rights, in and to, the Software and all copies
thereof. All rights not specifically granted in this EULA,
including International Copyrights, are reserved by Winpos
and its suppliers.

6. The Software may contain third party software which
requires notices and/or additional terms and conditions. By
accepting this EULA, you are also accepting the additional
terms and conditions, if any, set forth therein.

7. The agreement for using the software product shall be
governed in accordance with the laws of Finland.
Possible disputes shall be settled at the court Korsholms
Tingsrätt in Finland.

8. The license will terminate automatically if you fail
to comply with the limitations described above. On
termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

9. THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE
LIABLE FOR FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, DATA LOSS, LOSS OF
PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
THIS SOFTWARE.
